It is okay if it has been a while. Nobody here will lecture you about it. Our job is to find out where things stand and give you a clear, honest picture, at your pace.
First visits usually take longer than a routine checkup. Ask when you book and we will give you a time estimate.
Before you arrive
Download the patient forms and complete them at home, or arrive a few minutes early to fill them out here. Bring your insurance card and a list of medications.
Getting to know you
We review your medical and dental history and talk about what brought you in and what you want from your care.
Exam and digital x-rays
We take any x-rays you need and do a gentle, thorough exam of your teeth, gums, and mouth.
Your plan, explained
Dr. Dunn walks you through what he found in plain language, with options. Nothing is decided for you, and nothing starts without your agreement.
Costs before treatment
Before any treatment begins, we go over the estimate, what your insurance is likely to cover, and your payment options.
