As a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (a status held by only a few hundred dentists nationwide), Dr. Dunn offers life-changing solutions for snoring and sleep apnea. He’s also a Fellow of the American College of Dentists—an honor achieved by about 3.5% of dentists—which recognizes ethics, service and professional excellence.

An implant trailblazer:

Dr. Dunn placed his first dental implant in 1984, long before most dentists offered this service. Today he uses that decades-long experience to restore smiles with predictability and precision.

An educator and researcher:

He has lectured locally and nationally on dental sleep medicine and has original research published in the Annals of the American Thoracic Society . But what he’s most proud of is the gratitude he receives from patients: “I’ve got a family of patients,” he says, “like the one who said, ‘You gave me my life back.'”

A community mainstay:

Born and raised in the Southern Tier, Dr. Dunn loves caring for generations of families. You’ll often catch him calling patients in the evening to make sure they’re healing well after a procedure.

Fellowship-trained precision meets hometown care.

Dr. Petti is a fellowship-trained, board-certified oral surgeon who joins us two to three days each month. He provides wisdom tooth extractions, bone grafting and implant surgeries right here in our office so you don’t have to travel elsewhere.

With decades of surgical experience and a calm, friendly demeanor, Dr. Petti makes even complex procedures feel straightforward. Patients appreciate his thorough explanations and the convenience of receiving specialist care in a familiar, trusted setting.
